Irm\u00e3o may process your personal data jointly with other entities, including subcontractors, who will be jointly responsible for the respective treatment, guaranteeing their privacy and protection.<\/p>\n<p>These entities process personal information to the strict extent necessary to provide services on behalf of Leit\u00e3o &amp; Irm\u00e3o takes appropriate measures to maintain confidentiality, prevent the loss or destruction of personal data, misuse and access without proper authorisation, and has put in place the necessary control and monitoring measures to this end.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer's personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract, plus the limitation and expiry periods of the associated rights, without prejudice to being able to keep them beyond that period to fulfil legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer may request, at any time, access to his personal data, its rectification or deletion, as well as any clarification related to the processing of his personal data, by means of a written request sent to the e-mail address duly identified in Point 1 - Scope of our Privacy Policy, of this Policy.<\/p>\n<p>If the Customer believes that Leit\u00e3o &amp; Irm\u00e3o has violated his rights under the personal data protection legislation, he may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer will be responsible for updating their personal data and requesting their rectification from Leit\u00e3o &amp;
